These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by VRV Enterprises, including IT services, manpower supply, work contracts, accounting consultancy, and web designing. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Mandate Policies

- Clients must provide all required documentation, approvals, and access necessary for service initiation.

- Any delays or disruptions caused by incomplete mandates are the responsibility of the client.

- For manpower and work contract services, clients are expected to specify clear roles, timelines, and compliance expectations prior to deployment.
Privacy Policy

- VRV Enterprises respects and protects client data. All personal, financial, and business information shared with us is handled securely and used only for service delivery purposes.

- We do not sell, lease, or share data with third parties without consent.

Payment Terms

- Payment schedules will be outlined in each service agreement or proposal.

- Clients may be required to make advance payments depending on the nature of the service.

- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other authorized digital payment platforms.

- Late payments may incur interest or service delays.
Refund Policy

- Refunds are provided only in cases where services were not initiated or if the cancellation is made within [14 days] from the date of agreement, subject to review.

- Partial refunds may be issued for work not completed, based on the work stage and contract terms and the payment will be credited on the same mode the payment was done.

- Refund processing may take up to [7 working days] and charges may be deducted based on the process.
Cancellation Policy

- Clients must provide written notice for cancellation of any service, preferably at least [14 days] in advance.

- Cancellations after service initiation may result in a cancellation fee.

Service Delivery and Timelines

Liability

- VRV Enterprises will not be held liable for indirect losses, delays caused by external factors, or misuse of deliverables after completion.

- All services are provided with reasonable care and skill as per industry standards.
Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
